Miele Bolero Vacuum Cleaner
In the search for a perfect vacuum cleaner, you may have come across the Miele Bolero. According to the company’s website, they claim the Miele Bolero is the world’s most maneuverable upright vacuum cleaner. Here, we’ll take a deeper look at this unit and reveal whether or not the Miele Bolero lives up to those promises or not.
One of the first things you’ll notice with this vacuum cleaner is that it’s not exactly the lightest one on the market. When I originally took it out the box, I could tell it was a bit heavier than some of the previous vacuum cleaners I’ve had. In total, it probably weighs somewhere around 25 pounds.

While I was a little discouraged with the heavy of weight of the Miele Bolero, the power of this bad boy quickly turned my opinion around. It features a 1,200 watt Vortex motor system that’s as quite as it is powerful. Whether it’s dirt, dust, pet hair or debris, nothing is escaping the powerful Vortex motor installed in the Miele Bolero.
Even with the Miele Bolero weighing 25 pounds it’s still super easy to maneuver into cracks and crevices. Apparently, Miele spent several years designing the perfect control system for the Bolero. The result is the innovate SwivelNeck technology which can allows you to turn this vacuum on a dime. You can even lie the unit completely flat to get all of those hard to reach places like underneath the couch or sofa.
Of course the add-ons packed with the Miele Bolero are a nice bonus as well. Each unit comes with a crevice tool, a vacuum wand and an upholstery nozzle. As a dog owner, I find myself constantly using the upholstery nozzle to clean the dog hair off the couch. Another use for the upholstery nozzle is on your car seats. Just park your car close in the garage and run an extension cord out. Connect your Miele Bolero, hook up the nozzle and clean your car seats.
I’ve noticed the power cord gets warm when using the Miele Bolero vacuum cleaner. This is something that’s fairly common, especially with powerful vacuums, but you should still keep an eye on it. I haven’t heard or read any reports of it starting a fire, but it’s always to be safe than sorry.
You can purchase the Miele Bolero vacuum cleaner for about $799. This may seem a little steep to some, but it’s well worth it for a vacuum cleaner that’s not going to break down on you in the next few years. This is simply the best model that’s currently available on the market and the amount of positive customer reviews will agree with me as well.
